My mission is to provide new and expectant parents with the support and education they need to make informed decisions about feeding. I believe there is NO wrong way to feed your baby and there are so many tools we can use in our journey! I am passionate about maternal mental health and helping families navigate this postpartum time.
Hi! I'm Katie Flaherty! I'm a mom to two girls, registered nurse, and international board certified lactation consultant. I worked in the pediatric space for almost 10 years prior to becoming a lactation consultant in 2017.
"Katie is an absolute treasure. Her support & understanding of the lactation & feeding process was invaluable to me as I navigated becoming a new mother and breastfeeding. Her bedside manner is 11/10. Her support was essential in building my confidence and trusting my intuition. Her approach is not only kind but realistic. I wholeheartedly cannot recommend Katie or her services enough."

"Katie has a temperament that is so perfect for helping new moms who are often overwhelmed and at the end of their rope on their feeding journeys. She's patient, kind, and makes clients feel not only supported but also at ease and understood. It's clear she's an expert in the field, and her advice gave me the confidence I needed to make the best choices for myself and my family. Highly recommend her to any mom or parent!"
